cheese weekly

well it certainly seems as tho some of you cant live life now without it.

this weeks cheese is some what of a classic cheese. behold the blue stilton!!!!!! not only is this cheese already prematured, but has been futher matured by me in our fridge for about 4-5 weeks after the best date!!! this really adds to the flavour. theres not alot to say about this particular cheese becasue it is the classic. it goes great on any cracker. is perfect as an afters to a main course. grapes and strawberrys compliment this cheese very well, and a glass of port just makes it an afters of a truely divine nature. this particular slice comes from the not so extensive tescos deliy shelf on guild hall hill. and is very modestly priced. weghing in at £5.47 per kg this handsome slice cost a mere £1.18 pence. prpoer bargine. go get some now!!!
