cheese weekly

ok im gona trial a thing here on my blog called cheese weekly where once a week you will get my insights into the wonderfull world of cheese. i will rate a cheese in terms of taste, value for money, how it looks, etc.

so heres the first cheese of the week!!!!!!

its called mexicana cheese. comeing in at £7.39 per kg its not the cheapest cheese in the world this slice cost me 80p, but you cant put a price on spice and this cheese certainly has full flavour behaviour!!!! it may look like a lump of solidifyed vomite, but actually those red and green bits are jalipino peppers!!!!!! to tase this cheese does tast quite spicy. it its very much like a chedder similar to red leicester. it tastes a little like a spicy sausage. will appeal to all lovers of mexican food or pizza. is great to eat just on its own, but would compliment well with fahjitas, or salsa.
